What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a 50% refund. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Do you have a refund policy?
If the session is not successful and flowing within 15 minutes for lack of a good connection, a full refund will be given and the option to try again at a later date.
What is your no-show policy?
No-show appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
Is there an age requirement?
Clients must be 18 years of age or older. Individuals under 18 are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
